So who wants to give me a pile of money so I can buy this building? It would be so great to have a whole building where I could have my studio space, my living space & possibly a store front as well (Jeremy could live there too-especially if he could fund it with his millions earned from being an art star). This building is conveniently located on the eastside of downtown in Chinatown, perfect location for all of my needs.

I think there is some sketchy club there right now & honestly I don't even know how maintained this building is. It will probably be torn down in a couple of years to be replaced by some lame-ass condos.  ¶ 8:34 PM
